2. What Is Covered?

Clothing

  • Structural defects such as loose or broken stitching
  • Faulty zippers, buttons, or snaps that fail under normal use

Toys

  • Cracked or damaged wood
  • Splintering
  • Peeling of non-toxic paint not caused by misuse or excessive wear

3. What Is Not Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use (including stains, fading, or minor surface scratches)
  • Damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, or care of garments
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, alterations, or modifications
  • Toys left outdoors or exposed to excessive moisture or extreme conditions

4. How to Make a Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  2. Include proof, such as your order number and 2–3 clear photos showing the defect
  3. Review process: Our team will assess your claim as quickly as possible

5. Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • If the item is no longer available, offer a full refund or store credit
